All of our orders are checked for order and quality accuracy upon shipping out of our Partner's Studios/Factories. Although we are try our best to minimize the errors, things might still happen. Please be aware that not all of our statues are ready for delivery. Some of them need to be pre-ordered. We guarantee top quality on all of our Resin Statues as they are numbered and authentic.
Also note that all sales are final and Non-Refundable, you can only cancel 24 hours after the order is placed. If you cancel the order within this period there will be a 8% charge to the refund amount.
